We deliver Monday to Saturday excluding Public and Bank Holidays. Same day delivery is possible if required for orders received by 12 noon, local time, except for those specific items which have a three days notice requirement. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, but if requested, we will make every effort possible to oblige. Procedures if access to recipient is not possible, are as follows:
1) We first try to find a neighbour to accept delivery. If succesful, we leave a calling card to inform recipient where the delivery can be collected from.
2) If unsuccessful in finding somebody to accept delivery, we leave a calling card requesting recipient to contact us to make alternative arrangements.
Carriage costs are as indicated on the order. If, in the event we are given incorrect delivery information, an extra delivery charge may sometimes be incurred.
Delivery Charges
For any of our own designs the delivery charge is included in the item price. We only deliver these items to the local areas of Dublin 6, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 24.
For any item from the Interflora Collection the delivery charge is €10.95 for same day delivery (order must be placed before 12 noon) and €7.95 for future day delivery. These items are available for delivery within Ireland and the UK. For International delivery please contact us by phone.
For any item from the Interflora Signature Collection the delivery charge is €7.95, this cost is included in the item price. For these items we need at least 3 days notice. We only deliver these items to the local areas of Dublin 6, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 24. Please take into consideration the size of your chosen item when providing the delivery address details as some items may be heavy when transporting from work to home.
